About Us

Chris Smith started Angel City Builders in 2005 after a 15 year career in the design and building field. He started his career as a deisgner and later became a  construction manager and owner’s representative on projects that included Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas, Bank Of America’s In-Store Branch expansion and Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. In starting Angel City Builders he brings a strong belief that the relationship between architect, owner and builder should be a collaborative one.
